1. Program Overview

Six Figure Doula is a business mentorship experience designed to help birth workers and women entrepreneurs clarify their messaging, grow their online visibility, and confidently sell their services through heart-led, ethical sales strategy.

2. Client Expectations

The Client agrees to:
- Show up with presence and commitment
- Implement the tools and teachings provided to the best of their ability
- Engage respectfully with the Coach and other participants
- Take full responsibility for their mindset, energy, and effort

3. Coach Responsibilities

The Coach agrees to:
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship rooted in experience and service
- Create a safe, bold, and empowering space for growth
- Deliver content and support in alignment with the program promise
- Offer transparent, constructive feedback that helps the Client move forward

4. Payment & Commitment

The Client agrees to pay the amount outlined on the invoice provided at the time of purchase. Payment is processed via the selected payment method.

This is a full-commitment program. The Client is responsible for the entire payment, regardless of participation or completion.

Failure to complete payment may result in removal from the program and/or collection efforts.

This is a 12-week commitment, subscription-based coaching container.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each 12-week cycle unless canceled.
To cancel, please email Lisa before your renewal date so the next payment does not process.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this program and the immediate access to proprietary content, no refunds will be issued unless terms are not met.
The Peace of Mind Guarantee applies to those who show up to live calls, engage throughout the process, and can honestly say that they were not delivered value.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Terms

All content, coaching tools, frameworks, video lessons, workbooks, and scripts provided within the Program are the exclusive intellectual property of Lisa Vee LLC.

By enrolling, the Client agrees to the following:
- You may not share your login, access credentials, or downloaded materials with anyone. This includes friends, colleagues, business partners, or assistants.
- You may not resell, repurpose, or redistribute any part of the Program under your own name or brand, whether free or paid.
- You may implement the strategies in your own business, but you may not teach, coach, or train others using this proprietary content unless express written permission is granted.

Violation of these terms may result in legal action, removal from the program without refund, and revocation of all access.

7. Confidentiality

Group calls and Telegram discussions may include vulnerable, personal, or sensitive information. The Client agrees to honor the privacy and confidentiality of other participants.

8. Disclaimer

Results are not guaranteed. The Coach provides tools, support, and strategy, but the Client’s outcomes depend on their own effort, consistency, and alignment. Testimonials reflect individual experiences.

9. Legal Terms

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of New York. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through informal negotiation or mediation prior to pursuing legal action.

The Client confirms they understand and agree to all terms of this Agreement and commit to the full duration of the Six Figure Doula program.
